Sorry, I played gears and didn't like it, I prefer Call of Duty 4.

The two games are extremely different. Some prefer the much easier just run in and attack. Which Call of Duty give you. And some like more of a complex attack scheme, which is what Gears of War gives you. Personally, I have and play them both. They each have their own unique characteristics.
